VCD Design is an architecture and interior design studio dedicated to creating spaces that enrich everyday life. We believe every space has its own character, and every project begins with understanding the people who will inhabit it.
Our work spans residential, hospitality, and commercial environments, with a particular focus on adaptive reuse, renovation, and hospitality design. By balancing aesthetics, functionality, and human experience, we create spaces that feel timeless, authentic, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
Architectural & Interior Design
Over the past two decades, our projects have expanded from Taiwan to Shanghai, Tokyo, California, and New Zealand. Through close collaboration with our clients, we transform ideas into thoughtfully crafted environments that support living, gathering, working, and rest.
We approach design with both creativity and practicality. From architectural planning and interior design to renovation strategy and project consultation, we provide comprehensive design solutions tailored to the unique goals of each project.

We come from different cultural background with diverse professional experience, but our passion for design and hospitably is the same. On the journey of pursuing excellence, we work closely, encourage each other, and build strong partnership for long-term growth and innovation.
Vivian has accumulated more than 20 years of interior and architectural design experiences, and has gradually brought her design and team from Taiwan to Shanghai and Tokyo. Graduated with a master’s degree in architecture from University of Pennsylvania, she also had been teaching for Architecture students in several universities.
Enjoyed living in varous cities from Tainan, Taichung, Taipei, Kyoto to Shanhai. Love to try out activieies that makes life more beautiful and with the world about cooking and flower bouquet design.
